“Worked with Debbie as part of the relo into Philly, our 4th home purchase from relo; hands down the best agent we've worked with thus far; prepared, thorough, flexible, accommodating and reasonable. Overall, she earned her commission. I would recommend her for the future clients. Best of all she actually read the contracts, gave an opinion and options, BUT then left it to me for the decision.”  - John & Suzanne, Berwyn

“We used Debbie as our realtor for purchasing our house 4 years ago and again for the sale of the same house. She was not only a good realtor, but became a friend and a great resource. We were new to the area so she provided good recommendations for us as we got settled. When we sold the house, Debbie also helped us to find a realtor in NJ for our relocation. She was knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, responsive, and attentive. She developed a marketing plan for the sale of our house to maximize exposure. Overall, Debbie provided top-notch service.” – Kathie & Chris, Radnor

“Debbie is a knowledgeable professional who is efficient, attentive, and a true pleasure to work with. Her perspective, expertise, and a sense of humor made every step of the experience smooth and kept my worries at bay. I highly recommend her!”  -  Laura, Ardmore

“After an extremely poor experience with a prior realtor I was extremely skeptical of engaging another. After many interviews and scrutiny, I selected Debbie for the second go round! Right from the start I was impressed with Debbie's ability. She anticipated everything that was needed and got it done in an extremely cost effective manner. With Debbie's recommendations and guidance, there were 22 showings in three days when the house went back on the market. I had four offers in the first three days the house was on the market. With Debbie's expertise and professionalism, the most financially secure buyer's offer was selected. The house sold for full asking price. If you are selling your home, I highly recommend Debbie. She has changed my opinion of realtors and made the process extremely stress free with her in charge.”  - Fred T., Berwyn

“My family and I were relocating from California to Wayne, which is far from a fun experience. Debbie was organized and super efficient during our house hunting trip. She stayed up until midnight submitting a bid, which beat out an earlier competitive bid. She organized all of the inspections for us since we were long distance. After closing, she even called to remind me to transfer the water bill into our name the day it was going to be shutoff. She was a godsend! She knows the neighborhoods and is honest in her assessments of the houses on the market. Hopefully we'll never move again (she found our dream house) but we'll be calling Debbie.”  – Amy S., Wayne
