Testimonials

"We really enjoyed working with Monica.  We have bought and sold 10 homes over the years and worked with many different realtors across several states.  Monica displayed the high level of professionalism that we have come to expect. She always responded quickly to our questions, and if she did not know the answer she researched it and got back to us in good time with the proper answer. We had a particularly complex sale which required multiple contacts with our local township. Monica displayed her experience with these matters, requiring little involvement from us.   Our property received multiple offers, including a no-contingency full price offer with a short settlement." - Martha & Cary, Wayne
